GrowMore is cloud accounting software where a client’s AI agent drafts invoices, receipts and expenses from plain sentences, and the accountant approves them from one screen. Posted entries are immutable; mistakes are corrected by linked opposite documents. Reports are live from the balance tables. One sign-in serves several client shops.
GrowMore lets an owner’s AI agent take the data entry off your desk. Every rule of double-entry accounting stays enforced. Every decision stays yours.

What changes for you when a client switches the agent on
Before
With GrowMore
The client sends you photos of invoices at month end
The client says “sold an iPhone to Rami on credit” the day it happens. The agent drafts it. You see it in “AI drafts” the same day
You type every invoice, receipt and expense
You approve them. Edit the ones that need it, reject the rest
You chase the client for the missing pieces
The agent already asked the client the questions you would have asked: which invoice, which warehouse, cash or credit
You build the trial balance and the statements yourself
They are live, computed from the balance tables, and they balance by construction
Analysis means exporting to Excel and starting over
Ask your own agent a question and get the figure with a link to the entries behind it
Five reassurances, all true today
1
Nothing enters the books without a human.
The agent produces proposals. A proposal becomes a posting only when a person approves it, or when the owner has handed the agent a posting key for that one document type, with a daily cap you can see. You can ask the owner to keep every key off and approve everything yourself.
2
A proposal cannot corrupt the books.
A proposal is a draft outside the ledger. Rejecting it deletes it. Approving it runs the same posting code as a hand-typed document: the balance check, the lock date and the rounding rules.
3
Posted means posted.
A posted entry is never edited or deleted. A mistake is corrected by an opposite document, linked to the original, so the audit trail is complete.
4
Every proposal carries its evidence.
The client’s original sentence, what the agent assumed, what it asked, who approved and when. You can read why a figure is what it is.
5
Your rules outrank the agent.
Period locks, the chart of accounts you chose, the tax rates, the default warehouse: the agent works inside them and cannot change them.
Reports and analysis, the way you want them
Live, not rebuilt.
Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet at any date, ageing, tax by rate, cash movements, any account’s statement, any customer’s or supplier’s statement.
In the right currency.
The books in the functional currency, every document in its own, every rate frozen on the document, exchange differences posted where they belong.
Printable and exportable.
Every report prints on one frame with the client’s letterhead and exports to Excel, at most 10,000 rows per export so nothing silently truncates.
Ask instead of filter.
Connect your own agent to the client’s shop with read-only permissions and ask: “which customers owe more than 60 days?”, “margin on phones this quarter?”, “show me the entries behind the inventory account”. Every answer links to its figures.

Working with several clients
One account, many shops. The owner invites you as an accountant; you switch between shops from one sign-in. (The accountant seat is part of Basic and up: see pricing.)
The same rules everywhere. The same posting rules and the same chart templates across clients, so your month-end is the same procedure everywhere.
No accidental switch-off. The owner cannot switch you off by accident. Only the owner’s role holds that power, and an owner cannot be removed by anyone.
It will not delete a posted document, edit a posted entry, or change a lock date.
It will not post anything for which it holds no key.
It will not guess a customer, an item or an account when two could match. It asks.
It will not see another shop’s data. Isolation is enforced in the database, not only in the application.
How you join a client’s shop
You do not create a shop of your own. The owner invites you, and the invitation brings you straight into their books.
1
The owner invites you.
In Settings › Users, the owner adds a person with your e-mail address and the Accountant role. GrowMore makes a single-use invitation link.
2
The link reaches you.
The owner copies it or sends it on WhatsApp. GrowMore sends no e-mail. The link works once and expires after seven days.
3
You open it and land in the shop.
If your address already has a GrowMore account, enter its password. If not, choose a name and a password. Either way you join as the shop’s accountant, beside every other shop you serve.
The accountant seat is part of Basic and up. See pricing →
